Facts

  • I work with women ages 18+ with a focus on women in their 20’s-40’s.

    I support women who are navigating unhealed trauma, anxiety, panic, body image issues, and pet loss.

  • Like most specialists, I am an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not accept insurance. However, I will provide a superbill to clients upon request so that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • 50-minute session: $250
    Rates are pro-rated for shorter or extended sessions.

    *Reduced Fee: $200
    (I currently do not have any reduced fee spots at this time.)

  • Yes! I’m in my Midtown Manhattan office 1x a week so that clients have an opportunity to meet in-person.

  • 1x a week is standard but some clients find it helpful to meet 2x a week.

  • No! You don’t need to be artistic to benefit from my approach. Art making is always invitational. If you prefer to talk, that’s okay too! I’m trained in evidence-based talk therapies as well!

  • At this time, I exclusively work with women 18+ and do not work directly with children or teens. I would be happy to provide high-quality referrals for you!

  • Yes! I offer online teletherapy appointments throughout the states of New Jersey and New York. Teletherapy can be a highly effect convinient way to benefit from my approach.
