I believe that healing begins when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start listening to our body.I’m a licensed, registered, and nationally board-certified art therapist in New York and New Jersey with over 14-years of clinical experience. My work has been featured in Bustle and in the forthcoming publication of the book, The Embodied Art Therapist(Chapter 12). Routledge. Bramnick, A. (2026).

My previous clinical experience includes working as a group and individual therapist at; Beth Israel Medical Center, The Jewish Board of Family and Child Services, Trinitas Regional Medical Center, The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorder Treatment and Davenport Creative Arts Therapy, PLLC.

I earned my Master’s degree in Art Therapy from New York University and Bachelor’s degree from the Rhode Island School of Design. I’m an active member the American Art Therapy Association (AATA), and the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). When I’m not working with humans, you’ll find me volunteering in animal rescue—fostering, and advocating for the humane treatment of animals.
